Applicants can Sign-up with their E mail ID and login to submit their PhD online registration form

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

  • Kindly ensure your supervisor name available in the list of MKU supervisor tab on this portal before sign-up. If supervisor name is not available kindly inform to your supervisor to enroll the details in research management system through research centre portal.

  • Read the instruction on the tab for filling up of online application.

  • After completing online Ph.D registration form, you are advised to submit your hard copy of the form application along with your original certificate in Research section. Online application print option is available in the candidate’s login.

  • If You are registering under the supervisors with less than 3 years of service You  should have to select Co-Supervisor with 3 years of service and above.Co-Supervisors shall be from the same discipline / Research Centre.

  •  Applicants who have completed their P.G. /M.Phil.  studies in other Universities  shall apply to the Controller of Examinations, Madurai Kamaraj University for obtaining Eligibility & Recognition Certificate.  This certificate shall be uploaded while registering for Ph.D. online. Application for Recognition of Examinations of other University or Bodies
